Banner-Day Pipe Heating standard temperature sensor for TraceFREE® electric impedance pipe heating systems is a surface mounted RTD temperature sensor. The RTD allows Banner-Day Pipe Heating to take accurate measurements of the TraceFREE® heated pipe with high degree of accuracy.

TraceFREE® systems serving piping configured with multiple branch circuits utilize a "Temperature Leg" so that all piping heated by the impedance system is maintained at the desired operating temperature.
